I’m Charlotte Zawada, a REALTOR® who believes buying or selling a home should come with good information, honest advice and someone firmly in your corner.
My role isn’t to push you toward a decision. It’s to give you the knowledge, perspective and straight answers you need to make the right decision for you. Sometimes that means moving forward. Sometimes it means knowing when not to.
